Lilly Menjivar is a professional Interior Designer who graduated from California State University Northridge with a B.S. in Interior Design, and earned a professional Home Staging Certification from the Academy of Home Staging and Design. With almost 10 years of experience Lilly has helped home owners transform their homes into a place they can truly love and enjoy for years to come, as well as helped home owners and real estate agents stage their properties on the market to be more appealing to a broader audience resulting in more competitive offers.
Over the years, Lilly has also helped the community by collaborating along other interior designers in multiple charity design projects like “Good Shepherd Charity Design Project” in Los Angeles, CA, ”PAD, Teen Project” in Venice, CA, and “Mary Magdalene Charity Design Project” in Reseda, CA. All these projects helped house and assist those in need by remodeling and creating a beautiful place where they can live and/or feel safe.
In 2011 Lilly won a Gold Medal Award for outstanding Excellence in Design at the 35th annual Home Remodeling and Decorating Show, which took place at the Shrine Expo Center in Los Angeles, CA. Lilly is also a member of ASID (American Society of Interior Designers), RESA (Real Estate Staging Association), SRAR (Southland Regional Association of Realtors) and BAOR (Burbank Association of Realtors).
Besides her passion for creativity and design, Lilly enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs as well as outdoor activities, music and fitness.
